Sales Administration and Debt Recovery Officer

Responsibilities

• Execute debt recovery actions for customer invoices, analyzing causes and coordinating resolutions with stakeholders
• Manage the creation and modification of customer accounts independently while adhering to internal processes
• Act as an intermediary between local teams and support teams in a matrix environment
• Participate in internal sales operations coordination meetings with Customer Service Representatives
• Manage purchase requests, order registration, and invoice issuance within internal process guidelines

Requirements

• Bac +2 degree in sales administration, management, or accounting
• Experience using ERP and/or CRM systems
• General knowledge of accounting and sales administration processes
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in office tools, specifically spreadsheets and email
