Sales Administration Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, pricing, demand, and commercial performance data to generate actionable reports and recommendations
• Manage calculations for rebates, credit notes, and customer account reconciliations
• Maintain up-to-date information within commercial systems, CRM, and databases
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel, Power BI, and SAP
• Monitor orders, deliveries, and commercial documentation
• Collaborate with multifunctional teams including Sales, Marketing, Commercial Development, Controlling, and Business Logistics

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in commercial analysis, sales support, or related administrative functions
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience working with Power BI
• Knowledge of SAP, CRM, or ERP systems
