About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive and process orders from various channels (online, telephone, commercial portals, etc.) and assign folio numbers for control
- Verify customer information, models, credit, and pricing against current lists, coordinating discrepancies with Managers or KAMs
- Manage inventory availability against DDP and create ATP files to prevent unfulfilled sales promises
- Confirm order assignments by reviewing purchase orders against assigned inventory or free stock
- Register verified orders (products, quantities, commercial conditions) into ERP or CRM systems
- Monitor real-time order status via WMS, including receiving, confirmation, preparation, shipping, and delivery
Requirements
- Expertise in planning, organization, and teamwork
- Strong service attitude and communication skills
- Results-oriented approach with strict adherence to policies and procedures
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems
- Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
