About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare shipping labels and export documentation including customs declarations and traceability lists
- Create and upload Advance Shipping Notices (ASN) and serial numbers
- Perform regular financial reconciliation with customers
- Coordinate Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation and assist with new account setup
- Process orders, release shipments, and manage shipping documentation
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
- Provide quotations and assist in maintaining customer relationships
- Compile, review, and manage documents requiring signatures and stamps
Requirements
- Minimum of Diploma in any discipline
- Prior experience in sales support, order management, or administrative roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with export documentation and financial reconciliation is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is desirable
- Good communication and coordination skills
