About the role
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of the AI & Advisory function to improve team efficiency
- Manage the calendar for the Global Head of AI & Advisory
- Coordinate outreach, scheduling, and logistics for client and partner meetings
- Monitor the Atlas AI mailbox and ensure timely responses
- Prepare high-quality presentations, slide decks, briefs, and business materials
- Track sales and operational activity across CRM and project systems
- Coordinate AI-related opportunities including SOWs and internal handoffs
- Maintain AI-related documentation, collateral, and templates
- Support reporting on team activity and pipeline visibility
- Assist with onboarding logistics and knowledge organization
- Submit travel and expense reports
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in administration, executive assistance, operations, or sales support
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through
- Proficiency in presentation creation and document formatting
- Comfort working with CRM and project management systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technology or professional services
- Experience in customer-facing environments
