Sales Admin and Support Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage trade funds, promotional events, and deductions for approximately 30–40 customers
• Build and maintain item- and customer-level baseline forecasts to support demand planning
• Produce sales reports including customer trend analysis, store counts, and velocity metrics
• Analyze distributor portal data to inform distribution priorities and performance assessments
• Coordinate product, displays, and merchandising assets for trade shows and events
• Manage administrative operations including broker invoices, display requests, and vendor onboarding
• Ensure alignment across Trade Management and Salesforce.com systems

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related business field
• Proficiency in PowerBI and Excel
• Experience with Nielsen or TPM/TPO tools
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work onsite in Columbus, OH

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant business experience in a retail environment
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze market trends to develop presentations and business forecasting
• Experience with Copilot and PowerPoint
