Sales Activator

Responsibilities

• Drive collaborative relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders to increase market presence.
• Maintain and increase product range and in-store presence in line with Perfect Store standards.
• Increase permanent product disruption points at both ambient and cold locations to outperform competition.
• Manage a defined territory by completing all allocated calls at optimum frequencies.
• Execute national and local promotional opportunities and pre-sell promotional activity with a 30-60-90 day outlook.
• Lead market activations and ensure effective communication within the RBDC distribution team.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid US Driver’s License and ability to obtain a DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to travel 0-10%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sales, account management, or Direct Store Delivery (DSD).
