Sales Activator

Responsibilities

• Drive collaborative relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders
• Increase in-store presence in line with Perfect Store standards
• Expand product range and increase permanent product disruption points at ambient and cold locations
• Manage defined territory by completing all allocated calls at optimum frequencies
• Execute national and local promotional opportunities and lead market activations
• Pre-sell promotional activity to accounts with a 30-60-90 day outlook
• Maintain effective communication within the RBDC distribution team to ensure best-in-class service
• Safely operate motor vehicles in excess of 10,000 pounds and manage inventory placement

Requirements

• Valid US Driver’s License and ability to obtain a DOT Medical card
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• English fluency
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and handle moving mechanical parts

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales or customer service
• Prior experience in sales, account management, or Direct Store Delivery (DSD)
• Knowledge of the beverage market
• Additional language skills
