About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive Red Bull Perfect Store conditions to win against the competition in the market
- Execute the opening of new accounts to expand the number of rooftops buying directly from Red Bull
- Actively sell additional points of distribution to improve in-store brand presence
- Encourage distribution partners to enroll independent accounts into the Volume Incentive Program (VIP)
- Plan and lead seasonal trade-blitzes to capture key peak volume opportunities
- Leverage data to drive insights and act as a trusted advisor to key customers
- Coordinate with local distribution partners to ensure flawless execution of merchandising standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience in the Consumer Goods industry (Beverage preferred)
- 3+ years of experience leading, managing, and motivating distribution partners
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales and trade marketing strategies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to travel 10-20%
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's Degree preferred

- Annual base salary range of $54,150 to $59,850
