Sales Activator

Responsibilities

• Drive Red Bull Perfect Store conditions to win against the competition in the market
• Execute the opening of new accounts to expand the number of rooftops buying directly from Red Bull
• Actively sell additional points of distribution to improve in-store brand presence
• Encourage distribution partners to enroll independent accounts into the Volume Incentive Program (VIP)
• Plan and lead seasonal trade-blitzes to capture key peak volume opportunities
• Leverage data to drive insights and act as a trusted advisor to key customers
• Coordinate with local distribution partners to ensure flawless execution of merchandising standards

Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience in the Consumer Goods industry (Beverage preferred)
• 3+ years of experience leading, managing, and motivating distribution partners
• Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales and trade marketing strategies
• Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Proficiency in Windows, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to travel 10-20%
• Fluent in English
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

• Annual base salary range of $54,150 to $59,850
