Sales Activation Proximity Buyer

Responsibilities

• Define and deploy the procurement strategy for the Sales Activation category in France
• Identify performance levers including cost competitiveness, quality, innovation, sustainability, and risk management
• Challenge and collect requirements from internal stakeholders
• Lead tenders, consultations, and supplier negotiations
• Manage and develop relationships with key suppliers
• Contribute to supplier panel consolidation and base optimization
• Implement contracts and ensure proper execution
• Analyze spend, needs, and KPIs to build continuous improvement action plans
• Provide market analysis, supplier data, and business insights to Global Category Managers
• Ensure local actions align with the Group's global procurement strategy

Requirements

• Higher education in procurement, supply chain, business, or an equivalent field
• At least 5 years of procurement experience, specifically within Sales Activation categories
• Proven experience working within an FMCG organization at a local or regional level
• Expertise in sourcing methodologies, procurement analysis, and cost modeling
• Strong skills in spend analysis, requirement assessment, and KPI tracking
• Experience in contract implementation and producing market/supplier analyses
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus
