About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and coach a team of Sales Specialists to achieve acquisition targets
  • Own and deliver against team-level targets
  • Define and execute the acquisition strategy across target segments and markets
  • Build, monitor, and optimize a healthy acquisition pipeline across the team
  • Support the team in high-value negotiations and key partner closures
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of newly acquired partners
  • Set clear KPIs, track performance, and drive accountability across the team
  • Identify gaps and implement training, coaching, and performance improvement plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize partner success
  • Use data and insights to continuously refine acquisition strategies

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or acquisition roles
  • Proven experience managing and leading sales teams
  • Strong track record of delivering team-based targets
  • Excellent coaching, leadership, and performance management skills
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to support complex deal closures
  • Experience in marketplace, SaaS, e-commerce, or F&B industries is a plus
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
