About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive growth of process and cracker treatment chemical portfolios including antifoulants and corrosion inhibitors
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in refineries and petrochemical complexes
- Manage relationships with major process accounts such as Reliance and Nayara Energy
- Develop and present technical proposals and quarterly business reviews to stakeholders
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for refinery and cracker process applications
- Collaborate with R&D to introduce new treatment technologies and field trials
- Partner with supply chain and finance to ensure order fulfillment and receivable collection
- Ensure adherence to EHS and compliance protocols at customer sites
Requirements
- BE/B. Tech (Chem) or Science post graduate
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Sales
- 5–8 years of experience specifically in the refinery or petrochemical segment
- Deep industry and application knowledge
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%
