About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth of process and cracker treatment chemical portfolios including antifoulants and corrosion inhibitors
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in refineries and petrochemical complexes
  • Manage relationships with major process accounts such as Reliance and Nayara Energy
  • Develop and present technical proposals and quarterly business reviews to stakeholders
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for refinery and cracker process applications
  • Collaborate with R&D to introduce new treatment technologies and field trials
  • Partner with supply chain and finance to ensure order fulfillment and receivable collection
  • Ensure adherence to EHS and compliance protocols at customer sites

Requirements

  • BE/B. Tech (Chem) or Science post graduate
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Sales
  • 5–8 years of experience specifically in the refinery or petrochemical segment
  • Deep industry and application knowledge
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%
