About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage Middle Market customers including Channel sales, Direct Customers, and Corporate Accounts
- Generate new accounts and drive business growth within the assigned territory
- Recruit new Channel Partners and provide technical training to their service engineers
- Focus on selling Veolia-WTS CSM products including Cooling, Boiler, Wastewater, and Membrane Chemicals
- Provide technical troubleshooting and value-based selling at customer sites
- Meet operating plans, collect payments, and maintain DSO
- Travel throughout the Karnataka Region to meet End Users and OEMs
Requirements
- Bachelor Engineering degree or Diploma/Science PG
- 6-12 years of relevant experience
- Experience in industrial sales within the water industry
- Knowledge of industrial applications for water treatment product lines
- Strong English oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
