About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Research target markets and potential clients to identify sales opportunities
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with decision-makers
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with clients
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, Account Management, or Business Development
  • Proven experience in lead generation and cold calling
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluent English is a plus
