Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within assigned areas
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients by understanding their business goals
• Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations
• Negotiate and close sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide customized solutions
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management
• Stay updated on industry trends and product developments

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar sales role
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and CRM management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English and Arabic (preferred)
• Familiarity with the work culture in Jeddah and Saudi Arabia
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed
