Sales Account Manager - Production Printing

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop existing customer accounts to ensure long-term business relationships and high satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share within the production printing sector.
• Achieve assigned sales targets, KPIs, and annual revenue goals.
• Prepare professional quotations, proposals, and contracts for clients.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and formal presentations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Coordinate with technical, service, and logistics teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales forecasts and reports.
• Support the collection of outstanding payments and account receivables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
• Proven negotiation and closing skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software.
• Ability to perform market analysis and business development activities.
