About the role

Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer needs through active listening and effective questioning to recommend suitable products and solutions
  • Drive marketing strategies for products, services, and associated brands to increase awareness and engagement
  • Ensure distribution excellence by deploying the company's distributor and customer value propositions
  • Develop and expand the network of new distributors
  • Drive intensive market share growth and manage revenue and margin contributions per brand

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the Automotive and/or Industrial Aftermarket sectors
  • Proven track record of managing and delivering results through distribution networks
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships at the senior management level (including mining, construction, or agriculture)
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (English B2+ level required)
  • Strong analytical and digital skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on execution and key account leadership
