About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer needs through active listening and effective questioning to recommend suitable products and solutions
- Drive marketing strategies for products, services, and associated brands to increase awareness and engagement
- Ensure distribution excellence by deploying the company's distributor and customer value propositions
- Develop and expand the network of new distributors
- Drive intensive market share growth and manage revenue and margin contributions per brand
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in the Automotive and/or Industrial Aftermarket sectors
- Proven track record of managing and delivering results through distribution networks
- Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships at the senior management level (including mining, construction, or agriculture)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (English B2+ level required)
- Strong analytical and digital skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on execution and key account leadership
