Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing client accounts through farming strategies
  • Execute cross-selling and up-selling of IT products, services, and solutions
  • Handle and maintain relationships within the BFSI sector
  • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously with high attention to detail

Requirements

  • 3-15 years of experience in Account Management or Farming
  • Mandatory experience in BFSI account handling
  • Proven expertise in cross-selling and up-selling
  • Experience selling IT products, services, or solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to join within 1-2 months
  • Must be based in Mumbai
