Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing client accounts through farming strategies
- Execute cross-selling and up-selling of IT products, services, and solutions
- Handle and maintain relationships within the BFSI sector
- Manage multiple accounts simultaneously with high attention to detail
Requirements
- 3-15 years of experience in Account Management or Farming
- Mandatory experience in BFSI account handling
- Proven expertise in cross-selling and up-selling
- Experience selling IT products, services, or solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to join within 1-2 months
- Must be based in Mumbai
