Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and profit goals
• Develop and implement sales strategies for new markets and applications
• Collaborate with Sales/BD Managers and Technical Account Managers to secure business
• Share market knowledge and customer feedback with senior management and marketing teams
• Document all sales activities via CRM system
• Introduce GenScript to industrial, academic, and government institutions
• Drive business expansion through channel partners and key customers

Requirements

• PhD or Master’s degree in Biology or Life Science related disciplines
• At least 1 year of hands-on lab experience preferred
• Knowledge of Biological and CRO markets (Gene Synthesis, Protein, Peptide, BioAssay, Antibody, or Cell Line)
• Strong networking skills within the life science industry
• Effective English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to forecast sales accurately within the territory
