Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary lead point of contact for the Ford Motor Company account
• Build and maintain long-term, trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of automotive solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Communicate progress on monthly and quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders
• Forecast and track key account metrics to drive business success
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the territory in collaboration with sales teams
• Manage high-severity requests and issue escalations as required

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proven account management experience, specifically within stamping and welding assemblies
• Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all levels, including executive and C-level stakeholders
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and listening skills
• Proficiency in Excel and general computer skills
