Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly renewal and acquisition targets with consistency
• Manage existing accounts and increase their book of business
• Perform daily farming to increase database leads and referrals
• Increase market share by selling B2B products to new customers
• Arrange and manage client meetings for acquisition, renewals, and upgrades
• Ensure high client satisfaction through dedicated account management services
• Update reporting dashboards regularly to reflect all sales activities
• Liaise with Finance, Customer Support, Legal, and Marketing departments
• Collect market insights and stay updated on local industry developments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of relevant sales experience
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding or achieving assigned targets
• Experience in farming and cold calling
• Knowledge of the automotive market in Egypt
• Familiarity with tech, e-commerce, marketplaces, and digital platforms
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong negotiation, time management, and presentation skills
• Ability to convert leads into paying customers
