Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of real estate agency clients, acting as the primary point of contact to build long-term relationships.
• Drive contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling of advertising products to exceed revenue targets.
• Analyze listing and lead performance to provide data-driven recommendations for improved ROI.
• Educate clients on platform products and ensure optimal use of available advertising solutions.
• Provide insights on market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activity to help agencies stay competitive.
• Develop tailored account growth strategies based on agency inventory and business goals.
• Address client concerns and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of performance issues.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with clients, presenting data and actionable improvement plans.

Requirements

• Minimum of secondary education; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 3-4 years of relevant sales or account management experience.
• Must be based in Abu Dhabi.
• Valid UAE driver's license is required.
• Intermediate knowledge of sales processes and the ability to handle client objections effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the drive to reach and exceed quotas.
