Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers within the Antwerp, Kempen, and Limburg regions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through active prospecting
• Develop, execute, and evaluate strategic account plans and sales campaigns
• Act as the primary point of contact for operational questions, providing proactive win-win solutions
• Analyze market developments and data to identify growth opportunities and improve processes
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met and facilitate successful project execution
• Provide regular activity updates through weekly visit reports

Requirements

• Several years of customer-facing experience, preferably within the automotive or auto repair (body shop) sector
• Proven experience in developing and managing account plans and commercial agreements
• Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to be persuasive at all levels
• Fluency in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
• Interest in technical product knowledge and automotive coatings

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of the French language
