About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth and market share for AV solutions across Dubai and Abu Dhabi
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, including pipeline development, forecasting, and CRM discipline
- Sell a diverse portfolio including display systems, video conferencing, digital signage, and control systems
- Conduct technical needs assessments and present consultative solutions to corporate, government, and hospitality clients
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts to act as a trusted technology advisor
- Coordinate with pre-sales engineers, project delivery teams, and logistics to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, IT, Electrical, Telecom, or a related field)
- 5–8 years of experience in Audio Visual solutions sales within the UAE market
- Proven track record of selling integrated AV systems to enterprise and government sectors
- Strong technical knowledge of AV systems, including LED/LCD displays, video conferencing (Zoom/Teams), and control systems (Crestron, AMX, Extron)
- Expertise in consultative, project-based selling and technical proposal writing
