About the role
Responsibilities
- Generate new and existing sales for assigned accounts within the Pharma and Biopharma sectors.
- Manage and maintain long-term relationships with key customers across Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
- Proactively identify customer needs and develop solutions to create new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned quotas.
- Lead projects that require coordination across different functions and organizations.
- Create, monitor, and revise lead generation plans to drive growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent university degree).
- 4-5 years of relevant sales or account management experience.
- In-depth job knowledge and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
- Ability to manage a territory covering Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
