About the role

Responsibilities

  • Generate new and existing sales for assigned accounts within the Pharma and Biopharma sectors.
  • Manage and maintain long-term relationships with key customers across Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and develop solutions to create new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned quotas.
  • Lead projects that require coordination across different functions and organizations.
  • Create, monitor, and revise lead generation plans to drive growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent university degree).
  • 4-5 years of relevant sales or account management experience.
  • In-depth job knowledge and the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
  • Ability to manage a territory covering Tamil Nadu and Kerala.
