About the role

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of analytical instruments including HPLC, LC-MS, GC, GC-MS, Dissolution, and Spectroscopy to Pharma and Biopharma customers
  • Manage and grow strategic key accounts across large pharma, SME, biopharma, CDMO, CRO, and research organizations
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead generation within the assigned territory to exceed annual sales targets
  • Develop deep relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and end-users to act as a trusted advisor
  • Lead complex sales cycles, including product demonstrations, technical discussions, and negotiations
  • Collaborate with application scientists, service teams, and marketing to coordinate customer trials and evaluations
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to product teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or an equivalent field
  • 10+ years of professional sales experience
  • Proven ability in analytical and strategic thinking
  • Excellent influencing, convincing, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience managing and deploying new business processes and partnerships
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time within the assigned territory

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA degree
