About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales-qualified deals and execute the sales cycle for specific product functionalities
  • Drive account development through upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
  • Identify and navigate upselling opportunities in collaboration with Account Manager teams
  • Develop creative account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Conduct high-level negotiations with C-Suite and VP-level executives
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to guide prospects through the sales process
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure premium service delivery to clients

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in closing deals
  • Hunter mentality with a persistent, results-driven approach
  • Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in contract management
  • Proficient level of Spanish and professional level of English
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with clients
  • Proactive attitude with a sense of full ownership over activities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building a Business Unit or sales team from scratch
  • Proficiency in Catalan
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Background in full-cycle B2B sales
