About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Sales Account Executives in the Italian market, guiding them through the sales process.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment focused on motivation and accountability.
  • Manage Sales-qualified deals and oversee the sales cycle for the Expenses functionality.
  • Develop innovative account plans and consultative selling strategies to surpass sales quotas.
  • Conduct high-level negotiations with C-Suite and VP-level executives.
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasts and activity reports to sales leadership.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of B2B SaaS closing experience (full cycle sales).
  • Proven experience leading and managing a team of Account Executives.
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to develop commercial strategies.
  • Proficiency in both English and Italian.
  • A "Hunter + Farmer" mentality with a strong work ethic and persistence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience building a Business Unit or a sales team from inception.
  • Prior experience working within the SMB (Small and Medium Business) market.
