About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales Account Executives for the Portuguese market
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment focused on motivation and accountability
- Guide prospects through the entire sales cycle to successful closure for performance and expenses features
- Develop innovative account plans and consultative selling strategies to surpass sales quotas
- Conduct high-level negotiations with C-Suite and VP-level executives
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts and activity reports to sales leadership
Requirements
- Native or expert fluency in Portuguese and professional proficiency in English
- At least 2 years of B2B SaaS closing experience
- Proven experience in team leadership and people management
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to develop commercial strategies
- A "Hunter and Farmer" mentality with high persistence and work ethic
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
