Sales Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the dental industry
• Conduct consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations for dentists and practice owners
• Build pipeline through outbound calls, emails, social outreach, and in-person office visits
• Participate in regional outbound blitzes, including in-person prospecting and live demos
• Develop and execute territory plans to hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Account Executive, preferably in SaaS, dental, healthcare, or technology sales
• Proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close new business
• Strong presentation and demo skills
• Ability to work in office as part of a high-accountability team environment
• Ability to travel 3-6 days per month for outbound blitzes and events
• Proficiency in CRM software and modern sales tools
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment
