Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying to negotiating and closing deals.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Maintain strong long-term relationships with existing customers to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- Proven experience selling specifically into the U.S. market.
- Strong background in managing mid-market to enterprise-level sales cycles.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with ATS, CRM, or HRTech platforms.
- Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
