About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle sales process for Enterprise, SME, and Mid-Market cuisine prospects across the UAE
- Engage with potential partners through phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
- Drive business growth by initiating discussions and building interest with new prospects
- Own the sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing deals
- Understand client business priorities to demonstrate how KitchenPark can stimulate their growth
- Participate in comprehensive product and sales training during the initial onboarding period
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle, direct quota-carrying sales role
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Finance, or Economics)
- Proven consultative selling skills and exceptional closing abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and resilience
- Ability to work onsite in our Dubai office five days a week
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS or technology company
- Background in commercial real estate sales
