About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue through prospecting new customers and managing existing relationships
- Execute the full sales cycle including lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing deals
- Communicate with prospects via telephone, email, chat, and occasional on-site visits
- Collaborate with internal purchasing and business development teams across EMEA, APAC, and Americas
- Provide customers with market intelligence regarding hardware and electronics components
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a B2B sales position
- Proven track record of sales success and achievement
- Proficiency in cold calling and relationship-building
- Native or proficient Japanese language skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other business tools
- Willingness to travel domestically (approximately 20% of the time)
