About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Prioritize customer needs and provide prompt responses
- Understand customer business, products, and decision-making processes
- Promote products and services with tailored messaging
- Qualify opportunities by identifying customer needs and buying signals
- Execute the entire sales process from RFQ to order fulfillment
- Monitor and track sales metrics to drive performance
- Maintain detailed records in the CRM system
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in a B2B sales position
- Proven record of success and achievement in prior sales roles
- Effective negotiation and relationship-building skills
- High-energy, persistent, and driven personality
- Fluent in English
- Must be based in the Netherlands
