About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial demonstration to closing
- Engage in high-level negotiations with C-Level Executives
- Cultivate and leverage powerful business relationships with influential prospects
- Execute strategic account plans to consistently exceed sales targets
- Use consultative selling techniques to guide prospects through the sales process
- Collaborate with internal teams including SDRs, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience
- Drive expansion within the DACH markets by developing new market strategies
Requirements
- Native German and fluent English language skills
- At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment
- Strong experience in stakeholder management, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Proficiency with MEDDPICC methodology is a significant plus
- Tech-savvy with a passion for digital innovation
- Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented approach
