About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage upselling and cross-selling opportunities for existing clients within the Italian market
- Execute the full sales cycle to close deals for specific HR software features
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive account development
- Conduct high-level negotiations with C-Suite and VP-level executives
- Develop effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts and activity reports to sales leadership
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to optimize client service
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in closing deals
- Proficient level of Italian
- Professional level of English
- Hunter mentality with a proactive, persistent, and hungry approach to sales
- Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in full-cycle B2B sales
- Previous experience in the SMB market
- Background in SaaS-based companies or digital transformation environments
- Experience helping to build a new Business Unit or team from scratch
