About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage Sales Qualified deals and develop the customer experience throughout the sales cycle
  • Nurture and leverage influential business relationships with prospects across various departments
  • Develop effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Conduct high-level negotiations with C-Suite and VP-level executives
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to drive prospects through the sales process
  • Provide accurate forecasts of activities and revenue achievement to sales leadership
  • Collaborate with internal teams including SDRs, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience
  • Support the expansion of the Portuguese market by helping to understand the landscape and develop new strategies

Requirements

  • Proficient level of Portuguese and professional English
  • Previous sales experience (Customer Satisfaction or Project Management experience is highly valued)
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for digital innovation
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to build strategic messaging
  • Proficiency in social selling using LinkedIn and other online tools
  • Detail-oriented, accountable, and a motivated team player

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using sales tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Background in B2B sales within a SaaS-based company or digital transformation environment
  • Experience with full-cycle sales and rolling out successful outbound campaigns
  • Understanding of efficient qualification methodologies
