About the role
Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and manage the full sales cycle to drive expansion in the Italian market
- Connect and engage with prospects, nurturing strong business relationships across various departments
- Develop effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Conduct high-level meetings with C-Suite and VP-level executives to deliver product demonstrations
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to guide prospects through the decision-making process
- Provide accurate forecasts of sales activities and revenue achievement
- Collaborate daily with internal teams including SDRs, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience
Requirements
- Proficient level of Italian and professional English
- At least 1 year of Sales experience as an Account Executive (SDR, Customer Satisfaction, or Project Management experience is also valued)
- Proven expertise in negotiation and closing deals
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills
- Tech-savvy with a passion for digital innovation
- Excellent active listening and presentation skills
- Data-driven approach to managing sales books and achieving objectives
