About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive sales-qualified deals from start to finish to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts
  • Lead high-level negotiations with C-Suite and VP-level executives
  • Act as a product expert and trusted advisor for Factorial’s solutions in the DACH market
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative sales strategies and boost team performance

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in closing deals
  • Native level of German and experience in the German-speaking market (DACH)
  • Hunter mentality with a proactive, persistent, and hungry approach to sales
  • Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to build trust with clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Full-cycle B2B sales experience
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Experience building a business unit or team from scratch
  • Proficiency in Spanish
