About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage upselling and cross-selling opportunities for existing clients within the French market
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers
- Navigate the full sales cycle to identify and close expansion opportunities
- Create effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Conduct high-level negotiations with C-Suite and VP-level executives
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to drive the sales process effectively
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts and activity reports to sales leadership
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to ensure client success
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in closing deals
- A "Hunter and Farmer" mentality: hungry, persistent, and proactive
- Proficient level of French and professional English
- Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with clients
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability for results
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in full-cycle B2B sales
- Previous experience working within the SMB (Small and Medium Business) market
