About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage upselling and cross-selling opportunities for existing clients within the French market
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers
  • Navigate the full sales cycle to identify and close expansion opportunities
  • Create effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Conduct high-level negotiations with C-Suite and VP-level executives
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to drive the sales process effectively
  • Provide accurate revenue forecasts and activity reports to sales leadership
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to ensure client success

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in closing deals
  • A "Hunter and Farmer" mentality: hungry, persistent, and proactive
  • Proficient level of French and professional English
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with clients
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability for results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in full-cycle B2B sales
  • Previous experience working within the SMB (Small and Medium Business) market
