About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales qualified deals and execute the full sales cycle for platform functionalities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Identify and support prospect clients through the decision-making process to successful closing
  • Develop creative account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quotas
  • Conduct high-level negotiations with C-Suite and VP-level executives
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to drive prospects through the sales process
  • Provide accurate revenue and activity forecasting to sales leadership
  • Collaborate with internal teams including SDRs, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience

Requirements

  • Hunter and farmer mentality with a proactive, persistent approach
  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales or digital transformation environments
  • Native-level English fluency
  • Strong communication, empathy, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to demonstrate full ownership of activities and results

Preferred Qualifications

  • More than 2 years of professional sales experience
  • Experience in full-cycle B2B sales
  • Previous experience working within the SMB market
  • Experience helping to build a Business Unit or team from the ground up
