About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead to closed deal
- Run discovery calls to understand customer IT, device, and SaaS management needs
- Deliver tailored product demos and consultative sales presentations
- Build strong relationships with IT Managers, CIOs, and Operations leaders
- Collaborate with SDRs and Marketing to refine ICP, messaging, and outreach strategy
- Manage pipeline and forecasting accurately in HubSpot CRM
- Share customer insights to improve product, positioning, and sales processes
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
- Native Italian with professional English
- Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on, builder mentality
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to IT, Ops, or technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with SaaS, ITSM, MDM, or cloud/automation tools
