About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle from qualified lead to close for the Portuguese market
- Run discovery sessions, product demos, and solution presentations for IT and Ops decision-makers
- Build consultative relationships with CIOs, IT Managers, and Operations leaders
- Collaborate with SDRs and Marketing to refine the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and messaging
- Track and forecast opportunities accurately using HubSpot CRM
- Share customer insights to help shape the sales playbook and improve the product
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (preferably in IT, Cloud, or Operations)
- Native or bilingual proficiency in Portuguese
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
- Experience working with HubSpot CRM
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and iterate in a startup-like environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to IT personas such as CIOs, IT Managers, or VP of Engineering
- Background in ITSM, MDM, or SaaS automation solutions
- Experience with upselling or cross-selling within an existing customer base
