Sales Account Executive

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage client accounts and business opportunities for the Built Environment Testing Division
• Travel throughout the New England region to meet with clients (approximately 50% travel)
• Maximize market share, profitability, and capacity utilization in the environmental analytical services market
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with Eurofins clients
• Acquire new accounts by communicating services to new customers and markets
• Identify opportunities by following up on leads, negotiating, and closing
• Act as a customer advocate by communicating needs to internal management, operations, and technical staff
• Develop and implement account plans to attain regional revenue quotas
• Negotiate pricing and contractual issues, including Master Service Agreements
• Provide sales plan forecasts and report sales activity within the assigned area

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a service industry
• Environmental industry knowledge (IAQ, USP797, or Legionella testing preferred)
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% throughout the New England territory
• Valid driver’s license
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
• Professional working proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Sciences or a related field
• Lab experience and exposure to the environmental industry
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and closing skills
• Familiarity with laboratory functions and terminology
• Ability to work effectively in an unstructured environment
