Arketa is building the operating system for modern fitness and wellness. We provide a powerful, all-in-one platform to manage and scale hybrid wellness businesses—whether online, in-person, or both. Having raised $15M in Series A funding, we are a fast-growing, category-defining company in the wellness space.

Responsibilities

  • Source net new deals through strong lead generation skills
  • Own the entire sales and upsell process from prospecting to close
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and expert-level forecasting
  • Execute outbound sales efforts via email, social media, cold calling, and in-person visits
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase value to prospective customers
  • Communicate forecasted deal flow and contract terms to internal teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technology sales experience, preferably in SMB SaaS
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas and selling success
  • Deep understanding of outbound selling and prospecting
  • Experience using HubSpot for pipeline tracking and forecasting
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to restaurants, fitness studios, or small businesses
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Sandler
  • BA/BS degree
