Sales Account Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of sales proposals, advertising packages, and client presentations
• Create supportive marketing materials for the sales department
• Prepare proposals based on account executive requests
• Communicate effectively with internal teams (sales, production, finance) and external clients regarding campaign performance
• Enter and maintain all orders, including electronic transfers and WideOrbit maintenance
• Maintain and organize sales databases
• Interact with co-workers, clients, and the public in a professional manner

Requirements

• College degree OR relevant experience in sales, customer service, business administration, or a related field (military training considered)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Highly focused, organized, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with sales systems or media planning tools
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or professional service role
