Sales Account Associate

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of sales proposals, advertising packages, and client presentations
• Create supportive marketing materials for the sales department
• Prepare proposals based on requests from Account Executives
• Communicate with internal teams (sales, production, finance) and external clients regarding campaign performance and delivery
• Enter and maintain all orders, including electronic transfers and maintenance of WOCentral orders to WideOrbit
• Manage the sales database as part of a comprehensive training regimen to become an Account Executive

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to maintain complex spreadsheets
• Ability to handle the stresses and pressures of time-sensitive projects
• Excellent social, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Highly organized and focused with an enterprising spirit
• Ability to work onsite in Louisville, KY
• Related military experience will be considered
