Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and find the best life-at-home solutions for customers
• Maximize sales and exceed individual and store sales targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail management with a strong sales track record
• High level of product knowledge in furniture, indoor settings, and outdoor settings
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment
• Flexibility to work across retail trading hours, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trades
