SailPoint IdentityIQ Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ connectors, custom workflows, rules, and APIs to support automated provisioning and de-provisioning.
• Integrate SailPoint IIQ with LDAP-based directories, web services, SAP, and cloud platforms.
• Configure modules including Lifecycle Manager and Compliance Manager to address complex business and compliance requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve integration and configuration issues across multi-environment IAM landscapes.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines for deployments using GitHub and Jenkins to support agile development cycles.

Requirements

• 3–10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ core development (workflow, rules, etc.).
• 2+ years of strong proficiency in Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure components including Windows/Linux, relational databases, and application hosting frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of IAM principles such as RBAC, access reviews, and policy management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with other IAM tools such as IdentityNow, Saviynt, or Entra ID Governance.
• SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer certification or other IAM product-specific credentials.
• Experience integrating with Active Directory (AD), LDAP, HR systems, and various enterprise applications.
