Safety Training Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver safety training for new hires, annual refreshers, and specialized certifications
• Coach supervisors on safety observation, near-miss reporting, and behavior-based safety principles
• Manage the facility compliance training calendar, LMS, and training program budget
• Develop leading and lagging training KPIs to report compliance trends to leadership

Requirements

• Experience building and running a safety training program with zero compliance lapses
• Proven ability to manage an LMS and maintain OSHA or ADOSH compliance
• Experience coaching frontline supervisors and managing training budgets/vendors

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 30-Hour General Industry card
• Authorized OSHA Outreach trainer (OSHA 500 or 501)
• Experience with human and organizational performance (HOP) frameworks
